1. Can you do work in other states?

Rick Savely is NCARB certified and would be able to apply for a license in any other state.

2. Do you have a standard contract you use?

If our client does not have one in place we recommend utilizing the standard B141 Owner Architect agreement.

We are certainly open to signing a pre-existing standard agreement if the owner already has one in place.

3. Do you offer a competitive fee structure?

Most definitely. By keeping our overhead low we can pass along the savings to our clients without compromising our service or the quality of our deliverables.

4. Do you offer interior design services?

We have several trade partners we can bring to our team to address interior aesthetics should the project scope require it.

We can also work with an established Interior Designer should the client already have one.

5. Does SHA carry insurance?

Yes. SHA is insured thru Dealey Renton & Associates.

  • We carry Professional Liability Insurance at 2 million per event and 4 million aggregate.
  • We carry Commercial General Liability Insurance at 2 million per event and 4 million aggregate.
  • We carry Commercial Automobile Non-Owned/Hired Liability Only Insurance at a combined single limit of 1 million and Hire auto physical damage, comprehensive $100 deductible and collision $500 deductible.

6. In what states are you licensed?

We are licensed in California and Arizona.
